How to use Xanthan gum to make Flourless Fudge Brownies
Ingredients:
6 Tbsp Coconut oil
200 grams semi sweet chocolate
⅔ cup Stevia
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 Tbsp USA Flava Xanthan gum
½ cup Chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a pan or in a microwave.
2. Add in your stevia, egg, vanilla, cocoa powder and xanthan gum. Stir until smooth and fold in your chocolate chips.
3. Pour in a lined or well oiled baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
4. Cool for an hour, slice and then serve.
