Gluten Free Beef Sausage Gravy

Make your gravy the right consistency with xanthan gum...



Ingredients for Sausage Gravy:

  • 500 grams diced Beef Sausage (preferably beef bratwurst)

  • 500 ml Milk

  • 125 ml Heavy Cream

  • 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce

  • 1/2 tsp USA FLAVA Xanthan Gum

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Method for Gravy:

1. Saute sausage in a pan with a bit of oil for about 3 minutes.

2. Stir in your milk, hot sauce and cream.

3. Sprinkle with Xanthan Gum and stir well to combine.

4. Continue cooking and stir occasionally until gravy comes to a boil.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
