On a Keto diet? Jump right into this simple recipe on how to make keto choco chip cookies using xanthan gum
Ingredients:
1 and a 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Stevia Sweetener Powder
3/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Whole Egg
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon USA FLAVA Xanthan Gum
3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
Recipe:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and melt your butter in the microwave.
Mix your butter and stevia powder in a Mixing bowl and beat until well combined. Add in your egg and vanilla then beat on low for 15 seconds.
Add your xanthan gum, baking powder and almond flour until well combined.
Remove dough from bowl and add in your chocolate chips kneading them into the dough.
Shape into 12 balls and place on baking trays then bake for 10 minutes.
Oh dear, this must be stevia mixed with something else! How could you do 3/4 C with just plain stevia??
