How to use Xanthan gum to make Keto Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients:
½ cup Heavy cream
½ cup almond milk unsweetened
2 ½ tbsp Truvia
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg
1 tsp USA FLAVA Xanthan gum
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, cook heavy cream, almond milk, truvia, cocoa, egg and xanthan gum over low heat whisking frequently until its thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
2. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla. Pour into desired containers and refrigerate for 3 hours.
3. Serve with whipped cream and enjoy.
