Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp USA FLAVA Xanthan Gum
1 clove crushed garlic
1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
2. Add cream and sprinkle with Xanthan Gum. Stir well to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through.
4. Stir in parsley.
5. Serve with Keto Mozarella Ravioli
