Ingredients:
1 lb fresh strawberries
1 1/2 cups unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 large Avocado
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup Erythritol
1/4 tsp USA Flava Xanthan Gum
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
10 Ice Cubes
Directions:
1. Pour almond milk into a blender, add coconut milk, and blend. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of Xanthan Gum.
while the milk is blending to distribute evenly.
2. Add in strawberries, avocado, erythritol, and vanilla and blend till smooth.
3. Just before you serve, add in the ice cubes until well combined.
4. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with some cinnamon.
