Ingredients:
2 tbsp red chili chopped
2 tsp ginger chopped
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Powdered Erythritol
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 tsp USA Flava Xanthan Gum
Directions:
1. Chop the red chili, ginger, and garlic.
2. Add them to a pan together with the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and Erythritol.
3. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and let the mix simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes.
4. Add Xanthan Gum and cook for another 5 minutes or until the desired consistency is reached.
5. Fill into a glass jar and let cool.
